Thermocouple Probes are a sensor which can be used to measure temperature. There are two wire legs made from different metals. The wire legs are welded at one end which creates a junction. The temperature is measured at this junction. A voltage is created when the junction experiences a change in temperature. You can decide which probe type you need from J, K, E, T, N, S, R.
